The product itself is good, when it is working. unfortunately, after 6 months purchase (and regular cleaning), the product no longer works. I've brought other maxi cosi products (high chair, rocker) and have been very happy with the brand, but this one has disappointed me regarding it's durability...

Filled with two litres of water, ran straight out the bottom.

It was very good for a week. Now it only shows EF error code. After researching the error code I was able to rectify the issue. However it keeps happening every time I turn it on. The reservoir doesn't stop filling up and leaks the entire tank out onto the floor.

Bought few months back ,and was working ok,untill started to give a default and would not work at all. tried to reset, clearing the water but still not working as described

Stopped working at month 6! 😤 👎🏼 and its the most expensive humidifier in the market

I bought this item last year and have hardly used it due to constant error EF which indicates water overflow. I have tried the troubleshooting multiple times. It gets resolved for a day or so and then EF warning comes again. It has been quite annoying to make it work. I am also unable to fill up the contact us form as Maxi Cost Humidifier is not listed in the list of products. Hope someone can contact me and help me to make this work

Stopped working after one month. Keeps doing EF error constantly even when I empty the water tray.

Bought this for our little one during a spell when he had a cold. The app is very good and is just as intuitive as the nightlight from maxi code, which we also have. The ability to add essential oil was a selling point and works relatively well. The issue I have is the temperature gauge is not trust worthy - I'm getting 4 degree difference from another temperature device. This makes me question the accuracy of the humidity gauge too. Therefore auto mode is somewhat rendered useless. If this could be fixed with a firmware update, the product would be excellent.

Had the unit about a month now and have been testing it prior to the baby arriving. The essential oils element works well and helped me sleep when I had a cold, however there are a couple of issues: the EF warning has started to come on almost constantly, I have emptied the reservoir and within a minute it's has filled again and gone back to the EF warning. Did this 4 times in a row so now currently switched off whilst I try and figure out how to resolve this.. the other point is I'm not entirely sure how accurate the thermometer is ours is always showing as 22 degrees yet another thermometer we have registers 17? So currently I think it could be good but is a bit unreliable we will see if we can get a replacement if we are unable to get it reworking.

The Maxi-Cosi Humidifier was a lot bigger than I was expecting. The water tank is almost 4 litters which lasts the whole day. However the tank always leaks and once you fill it you also cannot move it. I was able to connect it to the Wi-Fi briefly with a lot of difficulty and it works well when it stayed connected with the android app. However it keeps dropping the connection so I wasn't able to fully make use of these features and just gave up and now just use it manually.
