We got this camera gifted from my husbands sister. Loved it for few weeks however, after having it for about 2 weeks I became to hate it! The screen freezes, won't work sometimes, takes ages to load the screen up. We have it obviously in the baby room, and I have to refresh the app Everytime I wanna check on my baby. I can't rely on it as once I did, the time on the camera froze, baby was crying, camera froze so the baby looked calm until I heard him cry. I was thinking of buying another one in our bedroom however I will not be doing that. It was a quote expensive gift and I thought it will work nice, but I absolutely hate it now. I have deleted and re downloaded the app again but it's still doing the same thing.

Simple to set up but picture quality is awful (vtech 1080p is actually 1080p, this clearly isn't) and camera only pans up/down about 90degrees so having it on a horizontal surface as many pictures suggest just didn't work. Oh, and my pixel will not find this on Bluetooth (can find neighbors phones much further away though!).

Quite possibly the worst camera I could have bought. Considering how expensive it is I would have thought it was easy to set up. It took absolutely ages to pair with my Alexa show and continually unpaired so you have to reset it. Not to mention a few months down the line and now only myself or my partner can be connected. We took it on holiday and when we got back it just 'wouldn't find' my phone. Now it has disconnected from the alexa again. Such a waste of money so disappointed. Oh and the blue light for night vision is so bring it lights up the whole room.

Great visuals and I love that I can move the monitor using my phone. The image moves to night vision easily and is very clear. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to friends.

What a great monitor for the money, does everything you could possibly want with alerts, temperature sensing, noise sensing and movement sensing. All controllable from the app that is simple and very well thought out.

My husband and I splurged on this over priced camera because we really enjoyed the brand maxi cosi for their quality baby car seats, but boy, was that ever a mistake. We have never had sooo many problems with a camera. The Bluetooth connection, connecting the camera to the phone through wifi, is utterly frustrating. We have tried several wifi's too so it's not the wifi connection itself. It consistently drops the camera or the music and wakes my baby up. We have been soo patient giving this camera the benefit of the doubt, but in the end, it's complete Garbage. I wish we never bought it. To spend 100 euro on a product that does not work is not right. Especially, when you can get better ones for 20 - 60 euro. I am very unimpressed with maxi cosi. They should have never released this product.

Was great for months and now can't stream any more. Tried different phones, tried the iPad, tried resetting.

This can be a fantastic product. I bought this before the arrival of our little one and the camera it's self is fantastic for the price compared to some that are out there. Firstly there are only 2 particular issues that are a big bear for me. 1. The camera has a great movements from left to right and upwards, however the downward movement is very poor, therefore there is a need to either wall mount this or buy a cradle/clamp. The 2nd issue is the app, I have already shared my thoughts with Maxi Cosi about this which is on the new IOS 16 the camera app does not go full screen however they are aware and I'm still waiting for this update to arrive. The night mode is great on the camera there is a slight delay but this is not a concern I don't think. The sound quality and picture quality produced from the camera are also fantastic.

Excellent monitor, easy to set up and use. Has white sounds and lullabies. Only slight downside is that it does angle down as far as I hoped.

We bought this camera as we thought it would be a safe and secure option and we were right, we love the fact that it is encrypted so our family's privacy is maintained. It's such a clear picture and we rely on it a lot. We can talk through the camera to our baby to reassure him, we can also spin the camera around the room from our phones. It's really easy to navigate and even plays songs to settle our baby when he needs it. This was a great purchase, would recommend.
